Victory Title is seeking an Executive Coordinator to support our company president. Your role will be responsible for daily office tasks, real estate closings, and supporting our c-suite. Prepare professional correspondence, in-person client engagements, and managing confidential documents. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who anticipates needs, manages multiple priorities, and helps drive efficiency across the organization. This is an in-office position at our Terre Haute office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer an inviting atmosphere to clients.
- Present to small groups on real estate transactions.
- Support to Escrow Department.
- Work in both independent and team settings.
- Occasional travel between offices.
- Manage daily office tasks.
- Must attend weekly team meetings
- Marketing and social media content monitoring.
- On the job training and licensing provided.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3-5 years experience providing administrative support
Personality, positivity, and professional social skills
